By accessing or using any Water Doctors International, Inc. application, platform, or service (collectively, the "Services"), including but not limited to the franchisee portal, repair technician app, and dealer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Water Doctors International provides web and mobile application platforms that allow franchisees, repair technicians, and dealership partners to schedule, manage, and receive notifications about automotive leak, wind noise, and odor repair appointments. The Services include SMS appointment reminders and service update notifications.
3. SMS Messaging
3.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number and consenting through our platform, you agree to receive text messages from Water Doctors International, Inc. regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and related communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
3.2 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent.

4. User Accounts

6. Franchisee and Technician Responsibilities
Franchisees and repair technicians using the rep-facing application are responsible for obtaining proper consent from customers before entering their contact information into the platform. By checking the consent acknowledgment within the app, the franchisee or technician confirms that the customer has agreed to receive SMS communications from Water Doctors International.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Services are the property of Water Doctors International, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Water Doctors International does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Water Doctors International, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
10. Changes to Terms
Water Doctors International reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
